Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project efforts across multiple teams.
• Establish and implement project management methodologies and processes.
• Develop project plans and assign team responsibilities.
• Track project milestones and adjust plans or resources as needed.
• Direct and monitor daily work efforts and resource allocation.
• Escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
• Facilitate communication across all impacted areas of the enterprise.
• Support senior management in identifying and prioritizing IT opportunities.
• Perform quality reviews and support change management activities.
• Manage human resource responsibilities for project teams.
• Support Therapeutic Area Heads and Product Leads in managing timelines.
• Prioritize projects and provide leadership team reporting.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with goals.
