Job summary

TELUS Digital in the United States seeks an organized, proactive intermediate Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will bridge technical delivery and stakeholder expectations, guiding AI and cloud initiatives from ideation to go-live.

As the glue between data, AI, and cloud teams, you’ll coordinate timelines, risks, and reporting, leveraging Jira, Confluence, and a collaborative Agile/hybrid delivery approach to keep multiple projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience in a tech-focused environment.
• Exposure to AI, Data, or Cloud-based projects; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and collaboration tools.
• Take initiative and own outcomes, anticipating next steps.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Coordination: manage timelines, dependencies, and multi-workstream delivery.
• Multi-Project Management: track several projects with clear priorities and delivery discipline.
• Stakeholder Communication: bridge technical teams and business units with structured updates.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify bottlenecks and raise risks early.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare status reports and risk logs with Jira/Confluence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work in Agile or hybrid environments across data, AI, and cloud teams.
