Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking an organized intermediate Project Manager for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will bridge technical execution with stakeholder expectations, coordinating AI and Cloud initiatives from ideation to go-live.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of tech PM experience, familiarity with Agile, and hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. You will drive delivery across data, AI, and cloud teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience in a tech-focused environment.
Exposure to AI, Data, or Cloud-based projects; Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a significant advantage.
Working knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid delivery frameworks.
Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel.
Mindset to take initiative, own outcomes, and anticipate next steps.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Coordination: Support technical project delivery across the full lifecycle, managing timelines, dependencies, and parallel workstreams.
Multi-Project Management: Track multiple projects simultaneously with clear priorities and delivery discipline.
Stakeholder Communication: Bridge gaps between technical teams and non-technical business units with structured updates.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify bottlenecks and raise risks early to maintain project health.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare status reports including progress tracking and risk logs using Jira and Confluence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in Agile or hybrid environments to facilitate handoffs between data, AI, and cloud teams.
