Coleridge is seeking a Project Management Lead to oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The role combines strategic planning, reporting, and coaching across multiple teams including Finance, Contracts, and Data Enclave Operations.

You will work with Project Leads and Account Leads to clarify responsibilities and help teams navigate complex, cross-functional engagements while maintaining governance and quality standards.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of experience in project management or program delivery in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and funding sources (including federal grants and contracts).
• Experience using project management, time-tracking, and resource-planning tools to monitor progress, budgets, and staff utilization.

Mansioni

• Maintain centralized project tracking and reporting systems for visibility into scope, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate project reviews with division leads, project managers, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor deliverables and address risks and issues; escalate when needed.
• Support communication with clients and external partners, including meetings and decisions.
