Under the Department Chair, you will guide adult learners, tailor instruction, and leverage project-management expertise to promote workforce readiness and success in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field; AND three years of industry-relevant work experience.
• OR Associate degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field; AND five years of industry-relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a competency-based learning environment promoting equity-centered education.
• Provide consistent, timely, quality feedback to students.
• Monitor student progress and offer proactive support during the student journey.
• Offer expertise in project management and maintain current knowledge in the field.
• Foster student learning through innovative teaching practices.
• Collaborate with university professionals to support a positive student-centric atmosphere.
