Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field required
• Minimum of three years of job experience in construction management or related industries if degree holder, OR 3 years of relevant experience directly related to taught subjects and/or licensure/certification
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe, Canvas; ability to deliver course using diverse resources; strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver Construction Management courses remotely
• Plan, analyze, and assess student coursework
• Lead evening classes (Mon-Thu)
• Prepare students with competencies in construction management practices
