Job summary

Pyrovio seeks a Project Management Assistant to support project managers in the Electrical Transmission sector. The role is remote, but candidates must reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey, with occasional travel up to 5% for client support.

Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, assisting with schedules and forecasts, and communicating cost and risk status to the project team. Strong MS Office skills and construction industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or construction management is required.
• Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project bid packages.
• Respond to bidder RFIs.
• Interface with bidder/contractor personnel.
• Attend job kickoff and walk-down meetings.
• Develop project schedules using established software systems.
• Gather and validate data for project forecasts.
• Input data into programs and maintain cost/forecast reports.
• Assist in cash flow/forecast/budget development.
