Job summary

Audubon Companies is seeking a Project Manager to lead the direction, coordination, implementation and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals. This is a remote position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Key duties include developing work plans, allocating resources, managing day-to-day project scope, reviewing deliverables, enforcing Audubon standards, and preparing for reviews.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree AND 7+ years of On the Job Training Education.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience Preferred: 10 years of field experience working within the Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing industries.
• Organizes and develops highly functional and effective project teams.
• Works to instill a sense of project ownership and accountability in the project team.
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies Audubon methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Leads and/or acts as a member of internal teams/task forces.
