Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinate activities across teams, and ensure projects meet scope, time, quality, and cost constraints. You will support integration efforts with day-to-day task execution, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or PM, experience with cross-functional teams, and a willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.
• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• 1-3 years of experience in working with cross functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
• Travel about 25%.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and managing project plans, coordinating project activities, working with project team resources required to complete projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Coordinate a set of project activities from inception through completion - assisting integration leaders with day to day tasks, project workplan maintenance, coordination and facilitation of meetings, development and publish of status reporting and general project management activities.
• Reports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective. Develop new systems; techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
