Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Project Financial Analyst I/II to support the financial success of clinical research projects from start-up to closeout. You will provide accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and reliable forecasting, partnering with Project Management and cross-functional teams.

This remote role is open to candidates based in UK or Serbia, working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure revenue management, invoicing, and project profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operational finance or project accounting.
• Experience with invoicing, forecasting, revenue and cost recognition.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with ERP/GL/PSA systems.
• Clinical research or CRO experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Project Management to understand status, changes, forecasted activity, and risks.
• Manage a portfolio of projects with monthly revenue and cost reporting.
• Develop and maintain project forecasts for revenue and costs.
• Analyze performance: hours, costs, revenue, gross margin, backlog, cash flow, variances.
• Prepare client invoices and internal financial reports.
• Support change orders and contract amendments with budget impacts.
• Perform account reconciliations for deferred/unbilled revenue and advances.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems and assist project closeouts.
• Create financial metrics and ad hoc analyses for leadership reviews.
