Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Feasibility Specialist to identify and engage investigative sites for global studies. You will transform complex data into actionable insights to drive site selection and study planning.

In this remote role (UK/Europe/US), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage investigator surveys, intelligence tools and feasibility platforms to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in clinical research, feasibility, site identification or data analytics.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation and QA skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data, assess risks and communicate findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with MS Office and feasibility/survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to develop and refine investigator and site strategies.
• Integrate and quality-check investigator and site datasets.
• Create site-facing feasibility materials aligned with protocol goals.
• Design feasibility questionnaires for actionable site insights.
• Configure and manage feasibility surveys in designated platforms.
• Coordinate feasibility outreach and site engagement.
• Facilitate CDAs when required.
• Monitor deliverables and escalate risks when needed.
• Contribute to cross-functional feasibility improvements.
