Flourish Research is seeking a remote Project Analyst-Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The role focuses on primary project invoicing, revenue reconciliation, and collaboration with Operations, Budgets, and Contracts to ensure accurate billing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional experience, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree. RealTime experience is a plus, and excellent communication and analytical abilities are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus.
• Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, working closely with Operations and Budgets and Contracts.
• Reviews Contract/Work Orders and Amendments for assigned projects; identify all contractual financial terms to invoice accurately.
• Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues.
• Financial Quality Control of study visits in the RT system to ensure revenue billed to customers is accurate.
• Review study visits, ensuring RealTime is reconciled with the Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.
• Ensure all billable items are invoiced to Sponsor/CRO and support all billable items.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into NetSuite by study.
• Issue billing statements monthly to Sponsors/CRO; coordinate with Cash Application and Collections.
• Complete or assist with end-of-study close-out audits.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
