Job summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to conduct due diligence services, performing field assessments of various commercial property types, including interviews and independent research for ESAs and PCAs. Reporting includes PCA/ PNA reports to ASTM standards and related deliverables.

This position is fully remote with travel up to 50% and will primarily support clients in the Houston area; reports to the Associate Area Operations Manager and requires prior travel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or real estate consulting services.
• Experience with ASTM E1527 ESAs and PCAs to ASTM E2018 standards is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct site reconnaissance, interviews, and independent research.
• Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (site figures, appendices).
• Travel on short notice as required (one week or less)
