Job summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to perform due diligence for diverse commercial properties, including multifamily, office, retail and industrial sectors, with reporting to ASTM E2018 and E1527 standards.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with travel up to 50% to support clients around Houston, TX; candidates must be established in the Houston market.

The position offers a salary range of $70,000-$95,000 with potential bonus; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional engineering and due diligence experience.
• Experience with ASTM E1527 ESAs and PCAs is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field assessments of commercial properties and compile reports.
• Conduct interviews and independent research with local/state/federal resources.
• Prepare deliverables including PCAs, PNAs, ESAs per client scope.
