Job summary

CHR Career Opportunities is seeking a Project Director for a grant-funded, part-time role in Windsor, CT. The position will oversee federal grants, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health.
• 5–10 years in program management with federal grant experience.
• CT licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project management oversight of federal grant(s) including monitoring performance and budget.
• Develop detailed work plans aligned with grant goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on assignments.
• Facilitate workgroups and support teams.
• Track progress and analyze data for assigned initiatives.
• Summarize outcomes and present improvements and ideas concisely.
• Oversee grant documentation compliance and staff recruitment in collaboration with HR.
