Job summary

Community Health Resources seeks a Project Director for the Rural Pathways program in Danielson, CT. You will lead federal grant oversight, budgeting, and program operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver evidence-based treatment and MOUD services.

Responsibilities include developing work plans, tracking progress, ensuring grant documentation, staff recruitment, and quality improvement initiatives to expand access in rural communities and support integrated

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Master's degree or above in behavioral health.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in program management in behavioral health; large-scale projects; federal grant administration.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: CT state licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Ph.D., preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Project management oversight of federal grants including monitoring performance, budget adherence, compliance with contract and funder expectations.
  • Develop detailed work plans aligned with grant goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on assignments.
  • Facilitate workgroups and support teams effectively.
  • Track progress, analyze data, and present findings and recommendations.
  • Summarize outcomes and propose improvements clearly.
  • Oversee quality improvement processes and participate in agency-wide initiatives and monitoring.
  • Ensure grant documentation requirements are met.
