Job summary

Community Health Resources (CHR) seeks a Project Director for the Zero Suicide program. This part-time role (20 hours/week), primarily remote, will manage federal grant activities, ensure budget and contractual compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in behavioral health with 5–10 years in program management, including large-scale projects and grant administration. CT licensure and supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health.
• 5-10 years' experience in program management in behavioral health.
• Experience managing large scale projects, preferably with federal grant administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal grant projects, monitor performance and budget.
• Develop detailed work plans aligned with grant goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on assignments.
• Facilitate workgroups and support teams to achieve results.
• Track progress, analyze data and present findings.
