Community Health Resources (CHR) seeks a Project Director for the Zero Suicide program. This part-time role (20 hours/week), primarily remote, will manage federal grant activities, ensure budget and contractual compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in behavioral health with 5–10 years in program management, including large-scale projects and grant administration. CT licensure and supervision experience preferred.

Zero Suicide is a plan to transform the delivery of care for adults at risk of suicide by strengthening existing suicide prevention protocols with robust training, community engagement, and the implementation and monitoring of approved evidence-based screening and treatment
Project Director
Minimum Master's degree or above in behavioral health.
A minimum of 5-10 years ' experience in program management in the behavioral health field. 5-10 years’ experience managing large scale projects, preferably with federal grant administration and operational oversight. Previous CCBHC experience preferred.
CT state licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Ph.D., preferred
