Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems in Ohio is seeking a Project Design & Estimator II to support cross-functional teams in evaluating civil plans, generating takeoffs, and preparing material quotes. This role emphasizes design accuracy, customer collaboration, and process improvement to drive project opportunities.

You will use AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and ADS design tools to produce takeoffs and BOMs, while coordinating with inside sales and field personnel to ensure timely, high‑quality estimates and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 35 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Detail-oriented and able to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
• Ability to read Civil Engineering Plans and work with 2D or 3D documents.
• Advanced Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or AutoCAD or other drafting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess Civil Engineering Plans to identify opportunities and support sales.
• Provide ADS product designs using CAD tools.
• Take Off and create Bills of Materials from plans.
• Complete Quotes based on customer lists or Bills of Materials.
