Advanced Drainage Systems seeks a Project Design & Estimator II to independently manage project services and support sales through technical design and quoting. This role involves assessing civil engineering plans, creating detailed bills of materials with BlueBeam and AutoCAD, and delivering accurate quotes that meet SLAs.

The candidate will collaborate with customers, sales and teammates, continually improving processes and expanding product knowledge while reading civil plans and leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD preferred, plus the ability to read civil engineering plans.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with customers, sales and team members.

• We are seeking a Project Design & Estimator II to independently manage project services and support sales through technical design and quoting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess civil engineering plans to identify ADS product opportunities and create detailed bills of materials using BlueBeam and AutoCAD.
• Complete accurate quotes, meet service level agreements, and proactively resolve issues on material lists and plans.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and team members, while continuously improving processes and expanding product knowledge.
