Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Project Specialist for a remote role open to applicants authorized to work in the United States. You will embed with product and delivery teams to translate project scope into high-quality components and drive Agile planning with strong collaboration across stakeholders.

You will manage production workflows, monitor schedules, and oversee budget and forecast for production and translation, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating component builds from manuscript release through final delivery.
• Date management across all components to ensure on-time task delivery or updates based on work shifts.
• Creating and maintaining Smartsheet connector sheets for production supplier management.
• Ensuring alignment across delivery teams and cross-functional partners.
• Identifying and communicating component constraints and potential change management requests to support Agile planning.
• Identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively resolving them within component builds.
• Supporting continuous improvement of production practices and standards.
• Budget, PO, and forecast management for production and translation cost centers.
