Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Project Scheduler for the Lexington Park, MD area in a part-time onsite role. You will work on Integrated Government Scheduling, engaging with technical SMEs to gather requirements and build the government schedule from the ground up.

You will analyze schedule data using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI, format and present information with OnePager and MS Office tools, and lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders. A current DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience supporting schedules and program management in a government or defense context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from technical SMEs and construct the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS).
• Evaluate SOWs, IMPs, IMS, and WBS to build the integrated schedule.
• Analyze schedule data using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI and present findings to leadership.
• Format and present schedule information using OnePager, MS Power BI, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Facilitate schedule process meetings with program stakeholders.
