Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a remote Coordinator to collaborate with the Access Team to help BHMG reach patient access goals. The role supports schedule templates, Epic Cadence considerations, onboarding providers, and analytics related to system utilization.

Travel to Baptist Health facilities statewide will be required. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills, with the ability to multi-task and report progress to stakeholders.

Formación

• Preferred Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience may offset education requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Visio. SharePoint a bonus. Epic Cadence knowledge preferred.

• Serves as a steward to the Patient Connection Hub leaders, managers and team members; ensuring a productive and efficient flow of communication exists between the Access Team and PCH members.
• Other duties, as assigned to reach the goals and objectives of the Access Team.
