Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support ADS Sales and Engineered Products teams.

This role is remote, but the candidate must reside within the Pennsylvania territory and be prepared to travel to job sites and plants to ensure installations meet specifications. You will provide technical assistance, facilitate product installation training, and collaborate across engineering and sales to drive successful projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in site construction preferred.
• Earthwork or project management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction meetings with contractors.
• Visit job sites and plants to ensure ADS products are installed to specifications.
• Collaborate with ADS sales and engineering teams.
• Track project progress using CRM software.
• Attend local networking events.
