Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 4 years of related experience in project controls.
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function on multiple projects and portfolios.
• Prepare regular cost reports, invoices, and forecasts for management review.
• Establish project budgets from proposal estimates and assist Project Managers with setup.
• Coordinate with project personnel to develop effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor earned value, schedule performance, and end-date forecasts; report variances.
• Liaise with subcontractors, procurement, and finance to track spend against budgets.
