You will collaborate with project teams to keep budgets, schedules, and performance on track. The position requires strong Excel and communication skills, ability to lead controls for multiple projects, and familiarity with procurement and contract administration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 4 years of related experience in project controls or equivalent.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
• Sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports, forecast progress, and track budgets.
• Establish project budgets and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Coordinate with procurement on purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Lead project control meetings and communicate insights to teams.
• Monitor earned value, schedule performance, and KPI trends.
• Review client contracts and ensure scope, schedule, and risk alignment.
• Assist with Salesforce entries and project reporting.
