Job summary

Faith Technologies, a leader in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy, is seeking a Project Controls Manager/SME to lead and coach a team of controls specialists on medium to large projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and ~10 years in electrical contracting or MEP coordination, with 25–50% travel.

Responsibilities include developing the project controls plan, establishing baselines, and tracking performance, while ensuring alignment with the Project Execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel 25-50%.
• Typical work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; however, work may occur outside these hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for project execution.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for variances and proposed mitigations to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
