Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Manager to plan and execute project controls for large-scale construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy projects.

The role provides technical and administrative direction to a team, coordinating with Project Management to ensure cost and schedule integrity and adherence to the Project Execution Plan. The position emphasizes leadership on medium to large projects with travel up to 50% and a focus on delivering robust controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10 years electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience.
• Up to 50% travel.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri; project needs may require other times.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Plan and organize setup of project baseline in controls system and track against baseline regularly.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baselines.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule against the plan and communicate reasons and mitigation to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work per contract.
• Perform other related duties as required.
