Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls function on medium to large electrical/MEP projects.

You will guide a team of project controls specialists, develop baselines, and ensure cost and schedule alignment with the project plan. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience, with 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel: 25-50%.
• Work hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday;flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project execution.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate reasons for variances and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
