Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Leader to plan and execute the project controls requirements for large-scale projects. The role provides technical and administrative direction, coordinating a team of controls specialists and ensuring alignment with the Project Execution Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Plan and organize setup of project baseline in project controls system and track against baseline.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work.
• Perform other related duties as required.
