Job summary

QC Servion seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to support the PgMO across data center programs. You will oversee cost management, schedule performance, forecasting, and program controls to ensure reliable data and disciplined processes.

You will partner with Program Managers, Cost Estimators, and leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve outcomes, and enable proactive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with data center, infrastructure, utility, or large capital programs.
• Strong scheduling, cost forecasting, performance measurement, risk management, and reporting.
• Proficient with EVM concepts (CPI, SPI, EAC) and forecasting analyses.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and project controls platforms.
• Ability to forecast trends, communicate risks, and influence decisions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules across multiple workstreams with accurate scope and milestones.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, variances, and prepare forecast-at-completion projections.
• Maintain risk registers, track dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
• Produce weekly and executive-level reports consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data integrity, baselines, and governance across projects and programs.
• Coordinate with program managers, cost estimators, and stakeholders for planning sessions.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive proactive decisions.
