Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a motivated Project Controls Specialist to manage cost and commercial controls across the North America data center portfolio. You’ll partner with the North America Commercial Director and Project Teams to ensure finances are aligned from inception to completion.

The role requires 5–7 years in mission-critical construction, strong budgeting skills and experience with Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets, plus PMP/P.E. is a plus. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in delivering mission-critical construction projects.
• Budgeting, accounting and cost-control systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP/P.E. desirable.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight across NA projects with accurate forecasts.
• Drive change control by reviewing budgets and invoices.
• Ensure governance and compliance within approved parameters.
