Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage multiple project initiatives, ensure accurate invoicing, and support reporting, risk management, and billing operations. You will collaborate with program management, finance teams, and contract stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/business, strong Excel and Windows skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business/financial management or accounting.
Experience generating project status reports.
Experience with project financial controls.
Strong Excel skills (formulas, functions, data manipulation).
Experience with Windows applications.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives.
Ability to research and resolve financial issues with a team.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of multiple project initiatives aligned with client expectations.
Prepare and submit invoices accurately and on time.
Collaborate with program management, finance teams and contract stakeholders.
Support reporting, risk management and billing operations.
Audit and reconcile cost activity including labor, travel and other direct costs.
Provide risk mitigation and financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.
