Responsibilities

• Invoicing reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract life cycle support.
• Authorize budget expenditures and provide work leadership to junior staff.
• Monitor expenses and perform cost and schedule variance analysis; provide recommendations.
• Respond to contract and program data calls; prepare status of KPI metrics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding invoices.
