• Experience with financial management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up.
• Experience briefing financial recommendations to a program team or leadership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis.
• Ability to conduct trend analysis and financial forecasts from bottoms-up and historical data.
• Ability to identify program risks and mitigation plans.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets and assist with authorizing budget expenditures.
• Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations.
• Prepare the cost-to-complete and respond to contract data calls.
• Support full contract lifecycle activities from pricing through closeout.
• Serve as primary customer contact and report on key performance metrics.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and mentorship as needed.
