Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Business Consultant to own and drive projects across the enterprise. You will lead projects, coordinate business analysis activities, manage testing efforts, and build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in project management of complex programs, and familiarity with banking processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Project Management of Complex Projects, SDLC, Organization Change Management, Project Management Leadership.
• Preferred Project Management Certifications (PgMP, PMP, CSM, ACP) or Business Analysis Certifications (ECBA, CCBA or CBAP).
• Knowledge of banking/financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coordinate business analysis activities.
• Manage testing efforts and validate deliverables.

• Define project milestones and track execution.
