Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Business Consultant to own and lead delivery-based tasks across diverse projects, coordinating business analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive execution from requirements through implementation.

Responsibilities include creating execution artifacts, managing project plans, and facilitating collaboration with business partners to achieve timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience: Project Management of Complex Projects, SDLC, Organization Change Management, Leadership, Relationship Management.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: PgMP, PMP, CSM, ACP or ECBA/CCBA/CBAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project deliverables: requirements documents, gap analyses, test plans, process flows.
• Coordinate testing efforts and manage/maintain stakeholder relationships throughout initiatives.
• Communicate progress, risks and mitigation plans to senior business partners.
