Job summary

The Business Consultant at SouthState Bank will take ownership of project execution, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating analysis, testing, and stakeholder communications. You will develop business knowledge to provide consulting across lines of business and identify strategies to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in Project Management of Complex Projects, Software Development Lifecycle, Organization Change Management, Leadership.
• Preferred Project Management Certifications (PgMP, PMP, CSM, ACP), or preferred Business Analysis Certifications (ECBA, CCBA or CBAP).
• Training requirements include New Employee Orientation and annual compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coordinate business analysis activities.
• Manage/coordinate testing efforts and maintain testing matrices.
• Effectively manage business relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Establish and direct efforts of cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Develop and share project plans, requirements documents, and process flows.
• Identify risks, monitor mitigation plans, and report progress regularly.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely communication and value delivery.
