Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass federal background investigation that grants access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract stipulations.
• Become knowledgeable of the ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies and standards.
• Ensure all project-identified processes and methodologies are followed as applicable.
• Support the coordination and timely delivery of project deliverables, schedules, reports, and plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas; capture and send meeting minutes for client meetings.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with a team of project coordinators and managers to support all aspects of the project.
• Monitor status of deliverables and escalate issues to the PMO Manager as needed.
• Assist with project site updates including risk and issue logs and lessons learned.
• Monitor and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Support CMS Access Administrator role.
• Assist with SharePoint management tasks.
