ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a proactive Project Analyst II for the ER&R/1095-A project. This remote role focuses on organizing and controlling project activities and leading team coordination to achieve timely deliverables.

Responsibilities include maintaining status updates, preparing reports, and sustaining an organized project information repository. PM support is a core function within the project team.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
• Ability to learn CMS policies and standards
• Proven ability to coordinate and support project tasks

Responsabilidades

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract stipulations
• Become knowledgeable of the ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies
• Ensure all project-identified processes are followed
• Support coordination and timely delivery of deliverables, schedules and plans
• Prepare meeting agendas; capture and send meeting minutes
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to support all aspects of the project
• Monitor status of deliverables and escalate issues to the PMO Manager
• Assist with project site updates including risk, action, issue, and lessons learned logs
• Monitor and escalate to ensure compliance and timely updates
