Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a remote Project Analyst II to assist PMs with organizing and controlling project activities. The role will lead and coordinate project team members, collect status updates, maintain project information and prepare reports for timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating data for reporting, supporting PMO processes, and maintaining project repositories while ensuring adherence to CMS policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract requirements.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Support the coordination and timely delivery of project deliverables, schedules, reports, and plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes for client meetings.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to support the project.
