Job summary

PCI Professional Services is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support the HRSA OPTN program in a remote, federal contracting environment. You will coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, maintain project documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organizing project schedules, tracking action items, and ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining SOPs and knowledge management resources across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting federal projects or programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and project activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing SOPs and process guides.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint Online, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management and operational activities across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reporting artifacts.
• Monitor risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies and document them accordingly.
• Assist with project planning and milestone tracking.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Maintain project repositories, SharePoint sites, and knowledge resources.
• Support deliverable templates and project artifacts.
• Track contract deliverables and due dates; coordinate with teams for timely submission.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and leadership updates.
• Collect, analyze, and report project performance metrics; maintain dashboards.
