Kentro is seeking a remote Project Unanet Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance Team in the United States. You will ensure accurate project accounting transactions, payroll close, and unanet-related activities while maintaining compliance with government contracting requirements.

The role supports Eastern Time working hours and offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually. Final compensation reflects skills, experience, and location within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of government contracting accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency with Unanet, Excel, and Word; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review project accounting transactions to support daily project operations.
• Process timecard and labor adjustments per cost accounting and labor-charging policies.
• Review and validate expense reports for proper coding, documentation, and travel policy compliance.
• Complete cost rate dilution entries and payroll close adjustments.
