Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Student Intern for the California Education Learning Lab. This 100% remote role within California supports grantees, helps organize program assets, and assists with educational materials.

You will create spreadsheets, manage applications, draft emails, and use Canva, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and MS Word. Applicants must be enrolled in college with at least six credits and a 2.0 GPA; strong writing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student with 6+ semester units or 9+ quarter units and a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with education technology and pedagogy preferred.
• Excellent writing and copyediting skills with evidence of success.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and web browsers.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Canva and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and administrative support for Learning Lab’s grantees and applicants.
• Support efforts to organize grant project webpages and program assets.
• Assist with creating educational materials for grantees (presentations/resources).
• Create spreadsheets, compile data, leverage AI tools to streamline tracking, and conduct AI research.
• Support creation of online materials consistent with the Learning Lab brand.
• Assist with drafting emails and Campaign Monitor communications.
• Provide administrative support for Learning Lab team.
