Job summary

CoramBAAF is seeking a capable, detail‑oriented network coordinator to support the Racial Justice Family Network. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and timely delivery across multiple workstreams and partners.

You will manage workplans, organise meetings and events, develop newsletters and social content, and foster relationships with members. This home‑based, 14‑hour‑per‑week contract runs for one year with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, networks, partnerships or comparable activities.
• Strong organisation and communication with sensitive relationship-building.
• Independent working with confidence using digital tools, communications and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the network’s workplan, working groups and projects, maintaining actions, timelines and meeting papers.
• Develop newsletters, website and social content; organise accessible meetings, webinars, workshops and training with speakers, invitations, logistics and evaluation.
• Build relationships with members and partners, answer enquiries and maintain accurate membership records.
• Support grant-funded delivery, policy consultations, resources and impact reporting by gathering participation, feedback and outcomes.
