Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a Program Quality Engineer to support aerospace quality initiatives and customer-facing activities. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement to enhance program performance.

The role requires collaboration with Design, Operations, and Supply Chain, along with strong data analysis and Excel skills to deliver effective quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Quality Engineering or Operations.
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer quality interfacing, including reviews, audits, and senior-level presentations.
• Facilitate Preventative and Corrective Actions with Design, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate and manage customer issues to achieve business unit goals.
• Lead 8D-based resolution of critical quality issues and ensure timely turnaround.
• Use metrics to drive improvements that boost customer satisfaction.
• Communicate improvement plans and progress to stakeholders and customers.
• Attend internal escape board meetings and present corrective actions to leadership.
• Document findings in SAP/ETQ systems and share with teams.
