Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an aerospace manufacturing or quality environment.
• U.S. person required under ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) execution and actions.
• Coordinate and prioritize Supplier Quality, audits, and special processes activities.
• Lead Quality team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify training/mentoring needs for the team and address them.
• Develop and align Quality Systems goals with the Beltsville Plant.
• Communicate Quality Systems issues to frontline leaders and assist root-causes.
• Deploy Client's Business System tools to improve QMS effectiveness.
• Ensure readiness for customer and third-party assessments; host auditors.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities across divisions.
• Respond to customer portal notifications to ensure compliance.
• Review updates to customer requirements for compliance.
