Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a remote Design Quality Engineer for a full-time position. A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years of experience in engineering design or QA with a CAD focus are required. You will review complex models, verify geometry, and ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities include cross-disciplinary synchronization, BOM reviews, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and collaboration with internal teams and customers. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15 years in engineering design, design checking or quality assurance with CAD focus.
• Proficient in CATIA modeling and ASME Y14.1 drafting standards.
• Experience with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complex 3D models/2D drawings for rotorcraft design in static and dynamic environments.
• Review BOMs, trade studies, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to maintain synchronization.
• Interpret engineering direction accurately, verbally or in writing.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules across disciplines.
