Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Performance Analyst to join our CAEIO program, supporting the Department of State infrastructure operations. The role emphasizes ensuring timely delivery of contract documents and presentations while coordinating with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders.

The position is fully remote but requires residence in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area to accommodate occasional onsite meetings at the DC location or Sterling, VA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET clearance.
5 years creating performance documents and dashboards.
Experience with Microsoft tools and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to line management across finance, proposals, pricing, contracting and HR.
Support program delivery and execution to achieve program goals.
Coordinate service/product deliveries, invoicing, and warranty status.
Review travel approvals and expense reports; manage approvals and documentation.
Manage contractual deliverables, including tracking due dates and reviews.
Coordinate internal and external reporting for status reports and risk reviews.
