Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Performance Analyst to join our team supporting the DOS DT CAEIO program. This role ensures timely delivery of contract documents and presentations, working closely with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to validate accuracy and summarize program performance.

The position is fully remote with occasional onsite meetings in the DMV area, and offers a standard Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Associate degree with 7+ years of experience in relevant field.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support to line management in finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, and HR.
• Supports program delivery and execution to achieve program goals.
• Coordinates service/product deliveries, daily delivery activities, documentation, invoicing, warranty status, and related tasks.
• Reviews and submits travel approval requests and post-travel reports, and reviews and approves travel expense reports.
• Manages contractual deliverables, including tracking and reporting due dates, validating content with SMEs, and leading work product reviews.
• Coordinates internal and external reporting for Contract Status Report, award fee self-assessment, and PMR with SMEs to prepare presentations.
• Gathers and maintains kudos shared by stakeholders about the program and team members.
• Supports the CAEIO Risk Management program by updating risks/issues in Jira and facilitating monthly meetings.
• Works with senior leadership to support ongoing deliverables, activities or additional tasks as needed.
• Collaborates with teams across the program to document performance improvements and achievements.
